Felician Village announces Ron Gosz, Maintenance Technician, won the Service Excellence Star Award for the month of June.
Ron’s nomination: “Thanks for demonstrating our Resident First philosophy. Ron flexed his hours two days to paint in the St. Francis household – coming in at 4 a.m. so he would be done before breakfast. The painting really helps to brighten things up. We appreciate your willingness to do this before most residents woke so it did not alter their routine.”
